If you require children(s) beds or cots please contact us to let us know of your requirements. Z beds are charged at £20.00 per child (12yrs and under) per night.
Check in after 11.00pm by prior arrangment.
Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are per room per night, based on two people sharing and are inclusive of a full English breakfast and VAT at the current rate. A single occupancy supplement will be added where appropriate as follows.

- During high season, a minimum two nights stay applies to any booking over the weekend.
- Bookings cancelled after midday on the day prior to arrival will be charged a full night's stay, unless the room can be re-let.
- Check in time is from 3pm onwards, however, if you arrive before hand you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception and we will care for it until your room is available. Departure time is 11am.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking.
- All our rooms are non-smoking.
