We are currently looking for 2 Food & Beverage assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have bar and waiting experience although this is not essential as fully training will be given. You must be 18 years of age or over due to licensing laws. The hotel is in a rural location therefore guaranteed access to transport would be an advantage. Duties include waiting in a busy restaurant where customer service is paramount, you will also be serving drinks to customers in the bar, ensuring you keep the bar and restaurant clean and tidy. The role also includes cash handling and some reception work. The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within the company.
